Are The Cleaning Pro’s maids your ‘employees’? 

Yes. We only work with in house professional trained employees.


How long does it take for service to begin?  

One of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an in-home estimate appointment.  After you notify us to begin service, we usually can begin cleaning within one week.

Why do first-time cleanings cost more?
The first cleaning usually requires additional attention and effort as we learn your specific needs and home.

How is home entry arranged?
We respect your need for security. We can enter your location in whichever manner you feel comfortable. Some popular methods of entry include the assignment of a key, use of a lockbox, remaining available for the team or entry through a garage. Please ensure your security alarm system is off on the days of cleaning.

Will I always have the same team?
Yes.  Otherwise, we would not be able to customize and personalize our service for you.

How many people will clean?
We usually work in teams of two.  They are both professionally trained and very carefully screened.
What if I’m not satisfied with the team you assign to me?
If you cannot resolve a matter with your team or just are not satisfied with the quality or reliability of service they provide, notify us and we will promptly assign you to a new one.

Are your services guaranteed?
Yes.  If you are ever not completely satisfied, simply notify us within 24 hours of your service and our maids will return to clean the area with which you are dissatisfied.

Do you furnish the cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner?
Yes.  Each team carries a full complement of cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner.

How do I pay for your services?
Please let us know what method of payment will suit your needs best. We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), check and cash. If you would like to pay cash or check, the team will pick up the payment at the moment of cleaning (please make all check payable in our company name). 

What if I have special or one-time requests, such as cleaning out my refrigerator or ‘spring cleaning’?
Simply notify our office staff ahead of time to ensure there is available time to complete the job.  They will make all the arrangements with you.

Do your maids speak English?
Although many of our maids are not fluent in English, they all can clearly communicate with you, ensuring our ability to meet your individual needs.
