What We Do

The Cleaning Pro’s offers quality cleaning services on a schedule basis (weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks and monthly) or for one time events such as parties, seasonal cleanings, move in, etc. The Cleaning Pro’s provides all cleaning products, ensuring that you will not only enjoy a clean home but do not have to stock any more cleaning supplies - saving you time & money! A regularly assigned Two-Member Team, which is thoroughly and professionally trained, will help you on keeping your house spotless at all times.

Here's How We Do It

First meeting Our Deep Clean start-up service is the key in enabling us to get your home in shape and maintain it the way you like it. This first visit is charged at a higher rate than regularly scheduled cleanings so that we can spend the time it takes to leave your home feeling and looking sparkling clean.

Our Regular Cleaning includes as follows:

Bathrooms:

Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed.
Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
Toilets disinfected inside and out
Vanity top cleaned
Towels changed (if left out)
Mirrors cleaned
Window sills wiped down
Trash emptied
Baseboards dusted or wiped
Vacuum and/or hand wash floor.

Kitchen:

Countertops cleaned (all items removed so we can clean under and put back)
Cabinet fronts washed or dusted
Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
Floor vacuumed or hand washed
Outside of appliances (oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (insides cleaned upon request).
Microwave cleaned inside also.
Small appliances wiped
Wash or dust table and chairs
Clean glass door (if any)
Window sills cleaned
Hanging Light Fixtures
We take out trash, sweep, and hand wash floors that are uncarpeted through out the house

Bedrooms/Rooms:

High and Low dusting (we dust all walls, wall hangings, blinds, furniture, electronics, etc. Our professional team will pick up major items from furniture, dust underneath and place them back when finished
Picture frames dusted
Mirrors and glass tables cleaned
Lampshades wiped down or dusted
Window sills cleaned
Straighten beds (Change linens upon request)
Carpets vacuumed Vacuuming: Includes moving small, light furniture such as chairs, ottomans, baskets, etc. We will also provide edging upon customer request
Trash emptied
Baseboards dusted (upon request)

Special Requests:

Cleaning of these and similar items may be arranged regularly or by request.

Refrigerators and Ovens (even self-cleaning)
Walls washed or oiled
Unfinished basements, etc.
Anything not discussed on the original estimate: (Vacuuming upholstery, drapes, wicker, etc.)

Spring Cleanings:
Spring Cleaning Periodically, all homes need major cleaning. Lights, ovens, cabinets and plant shelves are examples of things needing attention a few times annually. Ask us about this service.

Move in/out:
Are you moving in and want to be assured your house will be spotless? Or maybe you are moving out and want to leave a good impression. Let us know the date of your move as far in advance as possible. We do a thorough cleaning— from insides and out of large appliances to insides of cabinets to light fixtures and vents and, well just everything. This service is charged at an hourly rate to give you the quality you deserve.

Equipment and Supplies:
The Cleaning Pro’s will provide all cleaning supplies and all equipment necessary for cleaning. If you choose, you may provide your choice of cleaning supplies so that your house can be cleaned to your specific requirements.
